python-csb software package provides Python framework for structural bioinformatics, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-csb
python-csb is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-csb package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-csb *
You will get with python-csb package name, version, architecture and description in a table
